His goal was to produce the same quality breads and cakes that he was familiar with growing up in Italy. The Barbero "Tasty Crust Bread" was a big hit with local merchants, restauranteurs, and families alike, and thus began its evolution into the wonderful world of breads, cakes and deserts that we produce today.
